- Continuing to survey the accessibility of hearing loops in the South Gloucestershire community
- Raising awareness of training courses, materials, support available in South Gloucestershire
- Working to the Deaf, Deafened, Deaf Blind and Hard of Hearing Group action plan, incorporating the findings from the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment
- Contributing to the new hearing loss chapter of the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment Chapter
- Raising awareness of dual sensory impairment
- Following the closure of South Glos Deaf Association we have been working with Gloucestershire Deaf Association and Bristol Centre of the Deaf
